Well, you have to have the Secret Laboratory Map first, unfortunately. Once you've put that together by going to Games--Puzzles--Treasure Maps--Laboratory, you can go to the same place but click on "Petpet" instead. How do you sell a Disco Acara Morphing Potion? The problem is, I tried to sell it, but it seems that no one in these days wants to buy one...

This is very tricky. HTS (hard to sell) items are just that-- hard to sell. It's not that they're worthless (usually far from it), it's that there just aren't that many in the market, and also not that many people looking for them. I had a Hasee Coin hanging around for like 30 years because no one wanted to buy it. So how do you get rid of it without taking a huge loss in profit? With a little hard work and perseverence. Try going to the Trading/Auctions board and looking for people who are buying HTS items. The trick is not to just make a board advertising your item-- no one is going to come to it unless it's in high demand. If you're getting rid of a specialty item (which you are), check for boards with titles like "Buying HTS items-- spending 900k" or something like that, and then offer and haggle on the board. It make take a while, and talking to a few people, but you should be able to get rid of that potion without losing too many NP.

How do you get a lutari and how do you get to play on the guilds

Lutaris could only be created on the day they came out, Lutari Day. Lutaris disappear when they are put up for adoption, so no one can get them from the Pound (or from other players, since they have to go through the Pound). My guess is that you'll have to wait until the next Lutari Day (April 19) to create one, just like with all other Limited Edition pets (Hissi, Cybunny, Koi, etc.). Good luck!

As for "playing on the guilds" I assume that you mean "join a guild" or "create a guild." For that, we have a guild guide that's just right for you.

I have some dubloons but when I go to the smugglers cove there is never anything there. Is it that i came at the wrong time or do i have too few of dubloons?

Ahh, the Smuggler's Cove. It rarely gets restocked, and when it does, for some reason there are a ton of lurkers there waiting for it. It hardly ever has anything in it. And when it does, it's usually not that great, and you'd be better off just selling your dubloons. Think of the Little Nippers petpet shop on Krawk Island. Most of the petpets there are worth less than the dubloons you pay for them. I strongly urge you to calculate the Neopoint value of both the dubloons it costs, the selling value of the dubloons you have, and the amount the item is worth on the wiz before you buy anything. All of which takes longer than you have before some crazed restocker swipes it at a loss. I don't know. Apparently it restocks just the same as any other shop, but less often? I've only seen anything in there, like, twice. You can keep checking if you want.

God yes. You can. I don't need anyone for graphics, however, and that's pretty much all people ever submit applications for. This site is not very graphic-intensive, and I am a good enough hand at making graphics that I don't need anyone else. Why doesn't my pet Endyo want the Huggy I got him?

Unfortunately, just as with toys, food, or books, sometimes pets don't like the petpet you've gotten for them. Doubly unfortunate if it is an avatar petpet, like the Huggy. Have you tried changing the language on Neopets before you attach it? It might make a difference. Let me know how it works.
