The Money Tree

You're a newbie and you want some free stuff-- right? Well do you actually think you're going to get something on the first try? Most likely not-- without my help, that is.

So... go to the Money Tree. Go to Shops and its pretty much in the middle of the page-- just wait till it loads. Or, you can click directly on the tree-shaped icon on your scroll toolbar from your inventory. Refresh quickly and then click in any space to get items. I have never had success with picking which item I get. Mostly, you get what you get. Now, you cannot donate junk items. I'm not sure what is considered junk, but that it is non-donatable so you have a better chance of getting something good... maybe some neopoints! Usually, there is pretty junky stuff. When I went to look I saw some Underwater Fishing items and 100 neopoints donated by the ghosts. So don’t get your hopes up too much. Mostly any items can be donated except extremely junky stuff.

If you have a Premium account, you may have better luck with the Money Tree, because the page won't take as long to load (no ads to load). You can also click the images before they actually load, just look at the text names of the items to decide quickly which one to click on.

The ghosts like to take neopoints from people and put them on the Money Tree. It is a random event and usually they don’t snag very much.

It is a shame so many people just dump their junk on the Money Tree. Leia got so mad about it, she made a web page encouraging people to discard their junk instead of donating it.
