Well, the first thing you need to know is that Punchbag Bob can't fight back. He can defend, but he can't ever hurt you. He has 5000 hit points, though, if you don't have strong pets and good weapons, you'll need quite a lot of patience (and even if you do have a strong pet and good weapons, it can still take a while).

One-use items will still be used up while fighting Punchbag Bob! So don't use them unless they're really cheap, like Snowballs or something.

To challenge Punchbag Bob, go to the one-player section of the Battledome and select which pet you want to challenge him with. You should pick your strongest pet, because it doesn't matter for the trophy which pet you use. Then click "Punchbag Bob" (duh).

Now, just go for it! Attack over and over. Use 2 weapons-- two Scarab Rings do decently for a decent price. Attacking without weapons hardly does any damage, if any at all. Just keep at it, and wear him down. To get the Punchbag Bob trophy, you must complete the fight before midnight. You can take as many breaks as you like, as long as you finish before the next Neopian day begins.

If Punchbag Sid shows up, you will probably die, unless you are very strong. He appears as a random event while fighting Punchbag Bob, and he is pretty powerful. If you can beat him, you will get an avatar.
